Content you create
We store the brand strategies, ideas, scripts, calendars, and library items you generate or save inside CreatorEO so you can access them across sessions.

We collect limited technical information such as device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and feature usage. This helps us understand how the Service is used and improve reliability and performance.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect functionality.
AI-generated content
Prompts and inputs you submit to AI features are processed by our AI providers to generate output for you. We do not sell your inputs or outputs, and we do not use your personal content to train third-party foundation models.
Payment information
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. CreatorEO does not store your payment card details. Paddle provides us with limited billing metadata (such as plan, country, and the last four digits of the card) to manage your subscription.
