1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using CreatorEO, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
CreatorEO is an AI-powered content and personal brand operating system that helps creators, founders, and professionals generate content ideas, scripts, calendars, and brand strategy. Features, limits, and availability may change as the Service evolves.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes. You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use CreatorEO.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use CreatorEO to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringing.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service as your own.
- Use the Service to create spam, misinformation, or deceptive content.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
CreatorEO, including its software, design, branding, and content produced by us, is owned by CreatorEO and protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you retain ownership of the content you input and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, of the AI-generated output produced from your inputs. You grant CreatorEO a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
6. Subscription Plans and Billing
CreatorEO offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Prices and plan features may change; material changes will be communicated in advance.
7. Automatic Renewals
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method for each renewal until you cancel.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free plan. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that AI-generated content will be accurate, suitable, or free from bias or error. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using or publishing it.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorEO and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to CreatorEO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.
11. Account Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for CreatorEO, or if we discontinue the Service. You may delete your account at any time from your settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
12. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CreatorEO is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
