1. Subscription Model
Paid CreatorEO plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for all transactions.
2. Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing settings.
- Cancellation stops all future renewals.
- Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account automatically reverts to the free plan.
- Cancelling does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
3. Refund Requests
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Paddle's Buyer Terms and any applicable consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction (including, where applicable, EU/UK statutory withdrawal rights for digital services).
Because CreatorEO delivers digital services immediately upon subscription, refunds are generally not provided for partially used billing periods, unused AI credits, or after you have consumed a material portion of the plan's features. Where a mandatory consumer right to a refund applies, we will honor it.
4. Free Trials and Free Plan
The Starter plan is free and does not require payment. If a paid plan is offered with a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial and may cancel before it ends to avoid any charge.
5. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated by Paddle.
6. How to Contact Support
For billing questions, cancellations you cannot complete in-app, or refund requests, email us at support@creatoreo.app with your account email and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
